friendly staff, very courteous

low battery in smoke detecter from adjoining room. hard to sleep. annoying. kept beeping.

Rooms were filthy and smelled horrible, i wouldnt leave my dog in this place

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a nice area, next to all restuarants, the outlet malls, and convenience stores. We loved tastefully decorated room with double beds and incredibly kind and exceptional staff. The location turned out to be exceptionally nice. Also, it was 3 miles from Tanger Outlets.

It was a clean room, the staff was prompt about getting us checked in and out and the overall stay was pretty comfortable and quiet considering we had a room on the side of the interstate.

It didn't have a very home-y feel to it, but we were only staying one night for business, not for luxury vacation time. This is more of a personal dislike, as my husband didn't mind, but there wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet.

The hotel room had 2 spiders on the wall above the bed, fuzzy cable tv, no fitted sheets on either bed so by the time you woke up the flat sheet was all balled up and you were sleeping directly on the mattress, and no working alarm clock

Check-in process was frustrating and confusing.

I read on internet that u could cancel reservations by 6pm and not have to pay. My friend staying me went back a day early and I did not want to stay alone in a motel, I went by office to see if I could cancel that afternoon and they would not refund the 2nd night, so their add on the internet was misleading, I was there for a funeral. I will not stay there again, as I do visit family in Commerce often and will tell them to tell other family members not to stay there either, when visiting Commerce.

The location was awesome - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Really enjoyed the room with double beds, our bed was exceptionally comfortable.

great access to shopping and dining for weekend explorations

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the convenience of being just a few steps from Starbucks and only about 500 meters from Chick-fil-A, both perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the great local parks and attractions nearby.

remodeling efforts shine through but needs attention

The paint on the floor was a bit distracting.

The hotel had a decent location, perfect for our family of four. The check-in process was painless and everything felt pretty straightforward.

For dads, it would be great to have better breakfast options. My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities and maybe a small play area to enjoy .

The outdoor pool was nice and a great way to relax. I appreciated the ongoing remodeling efforts, like the fresh paint on the floor. It shows they care about improving the place. The location is really convenient for anyone on the go.

The bed was super comfortable, and i got a great night's sleep. The atmosphere here exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in commerce.

I appreciated the accessibility and friendly front desk staff. The common areas were cute and well-maintained. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch too.

More breakfast options would be great for seniors.

The bed was really comfortable, nice for a restful night's sleep, and I appreciated the friendly check-in staff. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and I noticed some areas where improvements are needed.
